Corporate Got Talent

The Global HR Community is organizing a Corporate Got Talent event, inspired by the popular India Got Talent show. This event invites participants from Corporate Organizations, Entrepreneurs (Startups), and Academia/Students to showcase their diverse talents across multiple disciplines. The competition will unfold in several stages, starting with preliminary rounds where participants submit their entries in various categories such as Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Literary Arts, Culinary Arts, Technology & Innovation, and Social Impact Projects.

The preliminary rounds will be judged by experts, who will select the top 6 finalists in each category. These finalists will then compete in a grand finale, a prestigious show/conference/event where they will showcase their talents live. The grand finale will be judged by an esteemed panel and include audience voting to determine the top 3 winners in each category.

This event is not just a talent showcase but also an opportunity to foster creativity, innovation, and community engagement within the corporate, entrepreneurial, and academic sectors.

Event Structure

1. Registration and Entry Submission

• Eligibility: Categories : Open to employees from
  • Corporate Organizations,
  • Entrepreneurs from Startups, and
  • Students/Academia.
• Entry Submission: Participants must submit a video/presentation (depending on the discipline) showcasing their talent for preliminary rounds.
• Entry Fee : Rs.1000/- per participant
• Registration Deadline: To be set (suggest 1 month prior to preliminary rounds).

2. Preliminary Rounds

• Mode of Participation : Online via Zoom/YouTube
• Judging Panel: Comprising experts from the respective fields.
• Selection Criteria: Creativity, originality, execution, and impact.
• Top 6 Finalists: Selected in each category and discipline based on the judges’ scores.

3. Grand Finale

• Format: A grand show/conference/event where the top 6 finalists from each category showcase their talents live.
• Venue: A prestigious location with the capacity to host a large audience (TTT)
• Date: To be determined (suggest 2 months after the preliminary rounds).
• Judging Panel: Comprising eminent personalities from the corporate world, arts, and academia.
• Audience: Open to all, including the public, with a focus on corporate participants, HR professionals, entrepreneurs, and students.
• Voting: Combination of jury evaluation and audience voting.

4. Awards and Recognition

• Top 3 Winners in Each Category: Awarded trophies, certificates, and cash prizes.
• Special Mentions: For extraordinary talent in specific disciplines.
• Post-Event: Showcasing winners on the Global HR Community platform and other media outlets.

Highlight:

The VISUAL ARTS entrees will be auctioned, and the amount raised will be donated to Charity.
